Braum's in Okmulgee, OK is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee Braum's food service, grocery market and fountain sales, coaching the crew and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

The position requires leadership, 2 years’ experience in retail management, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Compensation is $16.50–$17.00 per hour plus a biweekly bonus and full benefits; expect about 45 hours weekly with a rotating 3-week schedule.

Assistant Manager's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
