Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations.
- Participate in recruiting and developing a skilled store team.
- Provide motivational feedback to foster a positive work environment.
- Help craft employee schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Assist in managing financial aspects to support store success.
- Step in for the Store Manager when needed to ensure continuous operations.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ years old in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ in other states.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Access to a vehicle and liability insurance on it.
- Flexible with shifts and days to adapt to store needs.
- Fluent in English with basic math skills.
- Willing to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Enthusiastic about learning, especially for Tennessee applicants interested in Topshelf Manager Training.
