Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations.
• Participate in recruiting and developing a skilled store team.
• Provide motivational feedback to foster a positive work environment.
• Help craft employee schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Assist in managing financial aspects to support store success.
• Step in for the Store Manager when needed to ensure continuous operations.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+ years old in AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, CO; 21+ in other states.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Access to a vehicle and liability insurance on it.
• Flexible with shifts and days to adapt to store needs.
• Fluent in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Enthusiastic about learning, especially for Tennessee applicants interested in Topshelf Manager Training.
