Role Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager assists the club manager in overseeing operations to ensure an outstanding member experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading team members in task completion
  • Modeling and coaching for excellent member service
  • Resolving employee and member concerns
  • Supporting staffing, inventory, and supplies management
  • Tracking KPIs and supporting hiring and onboarding
  • Handling emergency situations
  • Performing daily club walk-throughs to ensure safety and cleanliness
  • Addressing maintenance issues promptly
Daily Tasks

Greet members, assist with questions, promote the club’s values, handle membership transactions, conduct tours, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety standards are met.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly pay ranges from $18.50 to $21.50. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, free Black Card Membership, and more. Some benefits are for full-time employees only.

Qualifications
  • 9-12 months customer service experience preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Willing to become CPR/AED certified (training provided)
  • Basic computer skills
Physical Demands
  • Standing, moving, and communicating throughout the shift
  • Lifting up to 75 pounds
  • Handling chemicals and cleaning equipment
  • Moving and bending as needed
