The Assistant Manager assists the club manager in overseeing operations to ensure an outstanding member experience. Responsibilities include:
Greet members, assist with questions, promote the club’s values, handle membership transactions, conduct tours, maintain cleanliness, and ensure safety standards are met.
Hourly pay ranges from $18.50 to $21.50. Benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, free Black Card Membership, and more. Some benefits are for full-time employees only.
All team members are responsible for maintaining a safe workplace by following policies, reporting hazards, and working safely.
