Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the Store Manager in the operations of the retail outlet, oversee operations, and supervise staff in the absence of the Store Manager. Local travel may be required, and it is a regular, full-time, non-exempt position.
The role focuses on leadership, staff development, policy adherence, and delivering strong customer service while helping the store meet sales goals and maintain a welcoming appearance.

External Hiring Range: $19.00-$20.00/hour
