What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll:
- Lead by Example: Model exceptional customer service, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Run Smooth Shifts: Oversee daily operations, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
- Coach and Develop Team Members: Provide training, guidance, and support to help your team succeed.
- Drive Results: Collaborate with the General Manager to meet business goals and maintain operational excellence.
- Problem-Solve on the Fly: Address challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.

What We’re Looking For
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Experience: At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role (6+ months of supervisory experience preferred).
- Leadership Skills: Ability to multitask, motivate your team, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
- Physical Stamina: Be prepared for a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed.
- Certification: Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training.
