Job summary

Flynn Arby’s in Andover, KS is hiring an Assistant Manager to work with the General Manager to run daily operations, supervise crew, and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will train team members, control inventory, uphold food safety, schedule labor, and drive sales while maintaining a clean, efficient restaurant. This full-time role requires 2+ years in hospitality, strong leadership, and flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a similar food/hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth restaurant operation.
• Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant

• Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar Food/Hospitality role
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of food safety regulations and proven methods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
