Job summary

Taco John's in Ottumwa, IA is seeking an Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager to support the General Manager and lead daily operations when the GM is away. This full-time role is an opportunity to drive service, quality, and guest satisfaction in a busy restaurant.

You will help hire and train a great team, manage front and back of house, maintain food quality and cleanliness, and help control costs while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' restaurant management experience preferred.
• Food service experience a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and build a great team.
• Must be reliable and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Taco John's has a position open for an Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager. This full-time position supports the General Manager (GM) and is in charge of the restaurant when the GM is not present.
