Job summary

Taco John's of Iowa is seeking an Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager in Grinnell, IA. This role supports the GM and acts in charge when the GM is not present, with potential to travel to other locations.

Starting pay varies by experience, plus opportunity for up to $300 monthly performance bonus and a benefits package including health and dental insurance, retirement, vacation, meal discounts, and free uniforms.

Taco John's of Iowa is looking for an Assistant Manager/Restaurant Manager. This position supports the General Manager (GM) and is in charge of the restaurant when with GM is not present. The Assistant Manager may travel to other restaurants to help when needed, so having your own vehicle to use is required. Most of our positions have a senior position attached to it. If during the interview process, we feel that you are a better fit for the senior position, we will let you know.

Starting pay is dependent on experience, plus there is an opportunity to make up to an additional $300 per month in performance bonus.
