Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Otsego, MN to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You will lead team meetings, oversee Brand Training, and help drive profitability while maintaining Dunkin’ standards and franchisee policies.

You will schedule and train staff, review guest feedback, and assist with product rollouts, inventory, and labor planning.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.

• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings with Restaurant Manager.
• Oversee Brand Training Programs and certify staff.

• Support new product rollouts including training, marketing and sampling.
• Ensure POS and cash handling policies are followed and costs controlled.

Position Title: Assistant Restaurant ManagerOverview:An Assistant Restaurant Manager is generally responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager, Shift leaders and Team.They perform all duties of the Restaurant Manager in their absence. Primary duties generally include floor operations, and Brand Training programs. Generally responsible for providing strong, positive leadership to his/ her team to deliver great friendly guest experiences, operational excellence and for helping to build profitable top line sales of a single restaurant.
