Hooters, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced casual dining environment in Odessa, Texas. You will support daily operations, supervise scheduling, payroll, and inventory, and ensure guest satisfaction through strong leadership and energy.
