You will support daily operations, supervise scheduling, payroll, and inventory, and role-model energy, positivity, and teamwork to keep service at its best.

Collaborating with the General Manager, you’ll drive brand standards, motivate staff, and help hit sales goals while ensuring guests leave happy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of casual dining management experience.
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, inventory, training, and all aspects of restaurant management.
• Great communication and problem-solving abilities.
