J.Crew Group in Dawsonville, GA, is seeking an Assistant Manager for our J.Crew Factory store. This part-time role focuses on driving profitability through guest connections, brand loyalty, and strong store operations.

You will support the Store Director, coach the sales team, assist with recruiting and training, and help deliver best-in-class service while aligning with company standards and community engagement. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications
