Job summary

Domino's Pizza in North Liberty, IA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily store operations, assist with opening and closing procedures, and lead a fast-paced team to deliver great service.

You will supervise team members, train new employees on Domino's standards, monitor inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and address customer inquiries and concerns while driving sales through promotions and excellent customer care.

Job Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Must have a personally insured and well-maintained vehicle.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a minimum of one year of driving experience and no more than two traffic violations within the past two years.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and have good mobility.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.
