Wonder is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, food safety, and exceptional guest experiences. You will collaborate with the leadership team to train staff, optimize floor coverage, and drive efficiency across the dining room and kitchen.

The role requires at least two years of restaurant supervisory experience in a high-volume setting, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of restaurant supervisor/management experience in a high-volume Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for a full shift.
• Open availability, including night and weekend shifts.

• Assist Sr Operations Leader in developing, engaging, and motivating staff.
• Recruit and train top talent for the restaurant.
• Ensure food safety and team member safety.
