Penn Station Sandwiches is seeking a General Manager In-Training in Nashville, TN. This role supports the General Manager, leads the team, handles guest service, and ensures proper procedures are followed.
You will manage schedules, read P&L statements, and train all restaurant stations to uphold food quality and efficiency. The position requires supervisory experience, restaurant background, and strong communication.
The General Manager In-Training will know how to prepare and serve food, run the register, go to the bank to make store deposits, open and close the store, maintain store cleanliness, place orders, provide customer service and answer customer service concerns. Manage and motivate crew members and crew leaders through training. This position will provide support to the General Manager, filling in as needed.
