Job summary

Knitwell Group’s WHBM Nashua store is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a seamless, personalized customer experience. You’ll help build community connections and uphold our hospitality culture on the floor and in back-of-house operations.

Key responsibilities include team development, achieving store financial goals, hiring and coaching associates, and maintaining a visually inspiring environment with an omni-channel approach.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate the register.

Responsibilities

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. • Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
