Job Summary

As an Assistant Manager, you are a key member of the leadership team. You’re responsible for supporting a profitable business—focusing on creating genuine connections that foster customer loyalty, love of the brand, and strong community engagement. You’ll provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to help each team member reach their highest potential. You will partner with your leadership team to make adjustments when needed to drive the business forward, and step in on tasks when necessary.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be the role model for creating personalized connections with customers that drive loyalty and excitement for the brand.
  • Observe associate performance on the selling floor and assist as needed to make a connection or sale.
  • Lead fit sessions to enhance product knowledge and fuel a style obsession.
  • Help associates improve customer interactions by sharing specific actions.
  • Ensure the team meets and exceeds sales goals and customer expectations.
  • Own the selling floor, ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.
  • Step in for other managers as needed.
  • Plan and execute local community events to drive traffic and sales.
  • Act in accordance with company values.

  • You are able to lift at least 40 pounds and move around all store areas as needed.
