Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Michigan seeks an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will support the staff in delivering our mission while partnering with the Store Manager to hit store productivity targets across sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.

You will coach a high-performing team of Stylists, fostering a respectful, inclusive environment and maintaining high standards of customer service and store presentation.
