Windsor Fashions in Michigan is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to hit productivity targets, manage sales, shrink, payroll and expenses, and mentor a fashion-loving team.

You will coach a high-performing group of Stylists, uphold our mission, and treat every colleague with dignity and respect while driving excellent customer service.
