Assistant Manager at Sonic Drive-In
As a Cooper| Raynor |Young, Sonic Drive-In Assistant Manager, you are responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant to provide quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner so that guests will have an enjoyable experience at the SONIC Drive-In. We typically promote from within, but if we don't have the right team member, we are looking for someone who:
- Can hire, train, supervise, manage, direct, and develop team members to deliver a SuperSONIC experience to every guest.
- Ensures every guest leaves satisfied, encouraging repeat visits.
- Helps employees understand the big picture by sharing the “why” behind tasks.
- Celebrates team successes and coaches for better performance.
- Sets clear expectations and provides continuous feedback during shifts.
- Creates a positive, upbeat atmosphere that makes work fun.
- Manages food, paper, labor, and guest service.
- Maintains and enforces SONIC safety and sanitation standards.
- Complies with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
