Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee all store operations.
• Participate in recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Provide inspirational feedback, fostering a motivated work environment.
• Manage employee schedules to ensure smooth store operations.
• Handle inventory management, from ordering to stocking.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Oversee key financial aspects to keep the store profitable.
• Step in for the Store Manager when needed to ensure continuity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• Be 18 years or older (varies by state).
• Possess a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with liability insurance.
• Flexible to work various shifts and days.
• Fluent in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Eager to learn, especially if in Tennessee and ready for Topshelf Manager Training.
