Job summary

Little Caesars in Texas seeks an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations, including production, inventory, staff, and financial performance. The role reports to the General Manager and emphasizes strong supervision, customer service, and adherence to company policies.

The ideal candidate brings at least 1 year of QSR management experience, a high school diploma, the ability to work a flexible schedule, and the stamina to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 1 – Year management experience in a QSR restaurant facility is a plus
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have an open schedule and be able to work days, evenings and weekends.

Job description

The Little Caesars Assistant Manager will report to the General Manager. The Little Caesars Assistant Manager will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all operational related activities of our Little Caesars Operations. This position will oversee Little Caesars restaurant operations including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing and financial performance. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that the Little Caesars facility is operated within the operational guidelines.
