Base pay range

$23.00/hr - $24.00/hr

As Assistant Manager, you will work closely with your General Manager and team to ensure the success of your Wingstop Restaurant. This role prepares you for future General Manager positions. You must convey the Wingstop culture and be a creative, dedicated team player passionate about hard work, fun, and brand success.

Qualifications/Education/Experience
  • 2 years of food service, retail, or restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
  • Food Handler Certification required.
  • 6 months experience with a computer and POS system.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the General Manager in meeting store goals and support all team positions as needed.
  • Drive operational excellence, sales, and control costs.
  • Ensure a safe environment and foster a positive restaurant culture.
  • Maintain composure during high volume or unusual events.
  • Develop positive team relationships and address individual needs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest needs.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, scheduling, and team development.
  • Follow cash management policies and ensure proper procedures.
  • Track inventory and manage orders accurately.
  • Resolve guest issues efficiently and positively.
  • Maintain operational standards and communicate maintenance needs.
  • Use company tools to coach and develop team members, ensuring risk management compliance.
