Arby’s in the United States seeks an Assistant Manager to help operate daily restaurant activities and support the General Manager in ensuring smooth shifts. You will assist with local marketing to achieve sales and profit goals while guiding and training team members to perform at their best.

Formación

• At least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

As an Assistant Manager, you will help operate our restaurants on a day-to-day basis. You will help the General Manager, ensuring that every shift operates smoothly. You’ll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sale and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.
