Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager in Brownsburg, IN to help operate our restaurants day-to-day. You will assist the General Manager, ensuring smooth shift operations and supporting local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals while guiding team members through training initiatives.

To qualify, candidates should have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and be eligible to work in the U.S.

You’ll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sale and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives.
