Condado Tacos is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a direct focus on guest experience and engagement. The role emphasizes managing costs, ensuring food quality, and building a positive team culture in a fast-paced casual dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant as if it were your own and read/impact restaurant financials.
• Ensure high standards of quality and presentation for all items delivered to guests.
• Drive guest experience with a friendly host mindset and professional service.
• Train and develop hourly employees and management teams daily.
• Support catering and marketing efforts to boost sales and community engagement.

Restaurant Assistant Manager

Compensation: $50-60K with 7% bonus potential

Condado Tacos is looking for Assistant General Managers who are expressive, knowledgeable, and hospitality driven.
