Job summary

DRM Arby's in Illinois is hiring an Hourly Assistant Manager for a 45-hour work week. You will lead and inspire your team to deliver fast, friendly service, manage scheduling, staffing, and daily operations to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform food prep tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to ensure customers have a positive and inviting experience by providing feedback and setting goals.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels by developing weekly team schedules, interviewing, and hiring new team members.
• Ensure the restaurant remains clean and safe by following maintenance and food safety guidelines.
