Job summary

Soma in King of Prussia, PA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading the team and delivering a welcoming, customer-centered experience. You will help drive sales, assist in hiring and coaching, and ensure a high standard of brand presentation across the store.

You will also oversee inventory, daily replenishment, and store operations while fostering community connections through events and partnerships. Strong communication and a flexible schedule are essential.

About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience. This position helps foster a welcoming environment-for both associates and customers that enables us to create memorable, personalized experiences that reflect our culture of hospitality.

You'll bring to the role

• Passion for our brand, fashion, and empowering confidence.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products as well as maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, operate the register, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
