Job summary

Get It Now is seeking an Assistant Manager in Wisconsin/Kenosha to provide outstanding service and drive sales while maintaining store operations. This full-time role offers a consistent schedule and a starting hourly rate of $17–$20, with weekly pay and an extensive benefits package.

You will lead daily store activities, deliver white-glove service, coordinate deliveries and installations, and ensure a clean, inviting shopping environment. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record; you will drive company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales: drive sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new customers.
• Customer service: provide top-notch service with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely and in compliance with procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting, organized store and clean environment for customers and colleagues.

A Day In The Life Of An Assistant Manager

• Sales: Responsible for sales growth through completed rental agreements and prospecting new business and customers
