Panera seeks an Assistant Manager to join the bakery-cafe leadership team in Miami, FL. You will help run shifts, support team development, and uphold Panera’s high standards for food, service and guest experience.

You will lead, coach, and motivate team members to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and hospitality, while participating in hiring and ensuring food safety compliance. Flexible hours, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
