Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead with purpose and support. You will guide the team to deliver high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences while fostering a welcoming culture.

In this role you will participate in hiring, training, coaching and developing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and driving goals in sales, speed, and accuracy. Excellent communication and leadership are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
