Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe in Keller, TX, is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to help open our new location and lead daily operations from day one.

You will hire, train, and coach a strong team, set the pace during busy shifts, and ensure top quality, cleanliness, and guest experience while preparing for the General Manager role. This hands-on leadership opportunity offers growth, paid training, flexible scheduling, and a clear path to advancement in a fast casual concept.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant leadership experience as a Shift Lead, Assistant Manager, Kitchen Lead, or similar.
• Hands-on leader who can manage busy shifts and keep the team focused.
• Desire to grow into the General Manager role based on performance.

You’ll help hire, train, and lead a strong team while introducing Keller to our oven-baked sandwiches, pizzas, soups, and salads. Even better, this position is designed for someone who wants to grow into the General Manager, based on performance and readiness.
