Pizza Hut is seeking an experienced restaurant or retail assistant manager to lead a winning team. You are a natural leader who loves teaching, motivating, and delivering great guest experiences every day.

In this role you will train staff, supervise operations, ensure safety standards, manage inventory and assist the Restaurant Manager with hiring and performance coaching. Growth and training are part of the job with opportunities across the organization.

Qualifications

• You have at least 1 year of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry.
• You are at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a team to deliver fast, accurate service and consistent quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health codes and company policies.
• Assist Profit & Loss management through cash handling, inventory, labor, and financial reviews.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing and hiring team members.
• Conduct performance appraisals, coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain equipment, facility and grounds with a preventative maintenance approach.
• Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Execute corporate and local marketing plans timely and effectively.
• Have authority to hire and fire or participate in these decisions.
• Promote recognition and motivation efforts among staff.

What are we looking for?

• Maintaining fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensuring products are consistent with company quality standards
• Ensures Occupational Safety & Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• You have at least 1 year of leadership experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry.
• And, you're at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation (not public transportation - you may need to drive to make deposits for the restaurant sometimes) and a true desire to learn and grow.
