Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager/Shift Manager in Mount Olive, NC. You lead a winning team, coach, and motivate others to deliver great pizza and guest experiences with a smile.

You bring 2+ years of leadership in hospitality or retail, enjoy teaching, and thrive on daily challenges. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is expected, and you are at least 18 with reliable transportation.

• Requires at least 2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant, hospitality or retail setting.
• Able to build a great team environment and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the restaurant team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Schedule staff, train new hires and manage daily operations.
