Job summary

Beauty Brands is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations and drive growth across retail and salon floors in Kansas City. You will mentor staff, control staffing levels, and help achieve revenue budgets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of management experience in retail or service industries, are full-time available including weekends, and excel at team leadership and customer service.
