Braum's Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager in Irving, TX to lead the store team, drive sales through customer service and ensure food quality. You will oversee daily operations across food service, grocery, and fountain sales, while monitoring inventory, equipment, safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and a valid driver's license, with a rotating schedule and a bi-weekly bonus program. Salary ranges are provided with benefits.

Position: Assistant Manager

Experience: 2 years

Shift: 2:00 pm - Close

Hourly Compensation: $16.50 - $17.00 (annually $47,000 - $50,500)

Assistant Manager's role:

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Actively participate in monitoring inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Share in responsibility for ensuring that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Work Schedule:

Work days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
