Compensation:

$16.19 - $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Inspire and support your team to provide excellent customer service and meet their goals.
• Lead staffing, interviewing, and hiring processes.

• Assist in inventory control and record keeping.
• Support your team in handling various situations and resolving customer issues.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle food preparation tasks.
• Drive, punctuality, and responsibility in scheduled shifts.
• Experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Flexible hours and ability to work independently and with various personalities.
• Satisfactory background check and at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
