Salary range: $16.19 - $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities in the restaurant include:

  • Inspire and support your team to deliver excellent customer service and fulfill their DReaM's in making a difference in communities.
  • Lead and motivate your team, ensure positive customer experiences, and set goals.
  • Maintain staffing levels, participate in hiring and scheduling.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety, manage inventory and records.
  • Support your team in handling various situations, resolve customer and employee issues.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members.
  • Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Have fun!

Requirements to join the DReaM Team:

  • Desire for growth and success in personal and professional development, with strong relationship skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and prepare food.
  • Drive, punctuality, responsibility, and flexibility.
  • Experience leading a diverse team preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently.
  • Satisfactory background check; at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
