Job summary

The Tile Shop in Houston, TX is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Manager to build and lead a high-performing team of Sales Associates. You will train, coach, and motivate staff, greet customers, and drive tile sales while upholding store standards and brand image.

This role requires weekend availability, 1+ year in retail management, and a proven track record of leadership in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

Qualifications

• Must have weekend availability.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management.
• Previous sales experience.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and motivate a sales team.

• Previous experience in a related field preferred.
