Jersey Mike’s is hiring Management Team Members to help drive store performance in Hot Springs, AR. You will lead operations, coach staff, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

As a Management TeamMember you are the difference maker. You will help introduce this great brandto Little Rock market. Upward mobility for the brightest is HUGE as wepromote from within and we are to open many more stores. You will beresponsible for helping to manage the overall direction of the store andunparalleled customer service. Candidates must be successful in various facetsof store management including asset management, customer growth andmaintenance, revenue production, associate development, Quality control andfood cost control. Strong leadership skills combined with the ability tomotivate and lead store associates are critical to success. Gamer JM offers asupportive environment including ongoing training, professional development andside by side working with the owners of Gamer JM. As a Management teamMember, you will drive:

Store Operations

• Assist inmanaging the store to achieve planned growth and profit goals
• Accuratelyreport financial measures and transactions

• Scheduleassociate coverage to ensure published hours of store operations are met
