Jersey Mike's West Hot Springs is hiring for a Management Team Member to help guide daily store operations, drive growth, and promote from within. You’ll lead a team, maintain high standards of service, and partner with owners to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be expected to contribute to asset management, revenue generation, and staff development, with a focus on promoting from within and achieving performance goals.

As a Management TeamMember you are the difference maker. You will help introduce this great brandto Little Rock market. You will beresponsible for helping to manage the overall direction of the store andunparalleled customer service. Candidates must be successful in various facetsof store management including asset management, customer growth andmaintenance, revenue production, associate development, Quality control andfood cost control. Strong leadership skills combined with the ability tomotivate and lead store associates are critical to success. As a Management teamMember, you will drive:

Store Operations

• Assist inmanaging the store to achieve planned growth and profit goals

• Assist in theRecruiting, hiring, training and development the best team of associatesfor the Store to ensure efficient and successful operations
• Scheduleassociate coverage to ensure published hours of store operations are met
