Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team at our Hayward, CA location. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates, and help achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ weeks leadership training program will prepare you for success. We offer paid training, a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates, 401K with company match, paid time off,

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Pay Range:

Pay Range: $30 per hour - $33 per hour *Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
