Job summary

Dunkin' Hawley is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, staffing, and guest satisfaction. You’ll be a hands-on leader who ensures shifts run smoothly and standards are met.

You’ll train and develop team members, monitor performance, manage inventory, and help control costs while delivering fast, friendly service.

• Experience supervising in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

What You’ll Do
