Arby’s Hastings seeks an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager by cross-training in guest services, food prep, and cash handling. As an Assistant Manager, you will be the primary support to the General Manager.You will be cross-trained in all Arby's positions from guest services to food preparation to cash handling. As a cross-trained employee, you will ensure that your shift delivers a wonderful dining experience to our guests. An Arby’s Assistant Manager typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
