Job summary

Burger King in Harvest, AL is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure fast, friendly service while upholding brand standards.

You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to optimize operations, manage inventories, control cash, and deliver a great guest experience. Minimum 18 years old with a HS Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of leadership are required.

Responsibilities

• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, and ensuring maintenance is completed.
