Job summary

Burger King of Decatur, AL is seeking an Assistant Manager to help create great guest experiences, coach and develop team members, and keep daily operations running smoothly. In collaboration with the Restaurant General Manager, you will drive performance, uphold BK standards, manage inventory and cash controls, and lead a fast-paced team to deliver friendly, crave-worthy service.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• Commitment to guest experience and BK standards, with ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coach Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and grow capabilities.
• Lead operations by upholding BK brand standards, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders and assets, and maintaining cash controls and security protocols.
