Your role will involve supporting daily operations, developing team members, and ensuring exceptional service for all members. Qualifications

• CPR/AED certified (or must be willing to become certified).

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager in day‑to‑day operations and club oversight.
• Help train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team.
• Assist with scheduling and supervision.
• Identify and resolve member and team member issues, escalating when needed.
• Track performance metrics and ensure team accountability.
• Lead by example, actively participating in daily team member responsibilities.
• Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere for members and guests.
• Ensure the club remains clean, organized, and fully operational.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand, walk, and communicate with members throughout your shift
• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs.
• Help maintain overall club cleanliness

Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 2:00PM – 10:00PM
Either Saturday or Sunday: 7:00AM – 1:00PM
