Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

1. Motivating, developing, and coaching their team
2. Work in a fast-paced, team-driven atmosphere
3. Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience
4. Perform all tasks related to opening and closing of the store
5. Scheduling
6. Expertise in food safety
7. Inventory management
8. Fill in for Manager in all capacities when needed
9. Assist in employee training

Qualifications for the job:

1. At least 1 year of restaurant management experience - Preferred
2. Serve Safe Certification - Required
3. Must have reliable transportation
4. Comprehensive knowledge of operational checklists
5. Ability to maintain a reliable schedule
6. High school degree or equivalent
7. Ability to lift 50 lbs.
8. Able to stand for prolonged periods
