Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead restaurant operations and deliver a Guest Obsessed experience in a fast-paced setting. You will act as the leader on duty, ensure speed, accuracy, and a positive guest experience while guiding a team to perform at high standards.

You will train and develop crew members, manage schedules, and help with P&L, forecasting, and recruiting, paving a path toward General Manager as part of our Cultivate a Better World mission.

• Previous restaurant management experience preferred, including scheduling, P&L management, food safety, sales forecasting, scheduling, and recruiting.

It includes working around varied temperatures, tasting and preparing food, and strong communication with the Chipotle team and customers.**PAY TRANSPARENCY**A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $19.25–$21.43. You are also eligible for quarterly cash bonuses based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
