Chipotle Mexican Grill in Mesquite is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, uphold hospitality standards, and ensure fast, accurate service. You’ll act as the leader on duty, coach crew members, and monitor safety, quality, and guest experience in a busy restaurant.

This role offers hands-on development toward a General Manager position, with a focus on scheduling, P&L management, and recruiting.
